January 2019 Update

Hi All

Finally, we are starting the shipping process. We have been working around the clock to get some units ready for shipment to our warehouse in Shenzhen, before the beginning of Chinese New Years.

We will be sending in chronological order as to our best efforts. We can't wait to get honest feedback from our patient backers.

Our factory will be closed from 4th of Feb. to 12th of Feb. and will restart assembly so we can have more pallets out in February. Monday 28th we're shipping the pallets containing 1000 Zen X-I and 500 Zen X-II to Shenzhen.

As soon as we get started after CNY we can update more clearly and regularly on shipping progress. All parts are at the factory so it just a matter of assembly. We expect have most orders shipped out by end Feb, early March, and finish shipment for all pre-orders end of March.

This first shipment is all set up with IngramMicro in Shenzhen, pre-packed and ready, so it should be rather swift when they arrive at their fulfillment facility.

NOTE:
When we move to regular sales. retail price will increase to:
120 USD for Sitpack Aluminium (currently: 67$)
200 USD for Sitpack Carbon (currently: 113$)

Due to the number of orders, we are not able to make any changes in the shipping program.
