Great looking product, but after 8 months it broke, I emailed sitpack customer service who have just ignored me, time after time, still waiting for a response to rectify my chair, the zen aluminium one.!? Videos and pics already sent.
I bought, a year ago, a sitapck zen to commute in public transports. Less than 6 months later, after using it daily, the folding mechanism broke, preventing the full folding. The customer service asked me vidéos of it and sent me a new one for free. 6 months later, the mechanism broke the same way. I guess there are little plastic hooks in it for to keep the sit pack folded or unfolded. These should be replaced by metal ones to prevent any of them to break.
So, the sitpack zen is suppose to be better than than the regular one but it seems not to be. Iâm disappointed.
At age 75, my everyday all-weather walk or nature trail hike is a joy. Using my delightfully light anodized aluminum Sitpack ZEN to rest as needed has elevated my exercise experience to a new level. This chair is great. Its fun and quirky. I always get comments. It is really nice for standing in long lines, it really helps just shift body weight around so your not on your feet all the time when you dont need to be. I just love sitting and this helps me do it anywhere
Great concept - but for larger guys like me 275 lb a little scary - as I don't trust it to put full weight on it. BTW my wife loves it, so there you go
