What is going wrong? I payedfor this product and I recievedā¦.. nothing. Shame on you, I will mention this to the Police.
The Sitpack 2.0 is a great product that fills a unique niche. I use it at my standing work desk. Though I would not recommend using it if you are on the husky side.

Makes long lines at the theme parks slightly more bearable. Easy to whip out when you need it, lightweight.
The sitpack kept falling apart when I opened it. I put a few screws in. Now it stays together fine. It also came with a cusion case that falls off a little to often too. I think I may apply some adhesive or drill some more holes and use zip ties to secure it better. Over all, I really like the product. Just one more suggestion though. It's a little too tall for me when it's fully extended. I always shorten it by one level before using it. Maybe if you could offer different sizes, the entire package could be a little smaller for people who don't ever need the full size. I would buy again. š
